    • Transactions undertaken through online payment gateways may attract applicable processing fees, which shall be duly reflected at the time of remittance.

    This document is issued as an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. It does not necessitate affixation of physical or digital signatures.

    All intellectual property comprising, inter alia, the design, layout, content, and source code of the platform, is the exclusive property of the Platform Owner. No part thereof shall be copied, reproduced, republished, or transmitted in any manner without prior written consent.

    You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, officers, agents, and assigns from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or any applicable legislation.
    1. Force Majeure

 

    The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the discharge of obligations under these Terms arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of civil or military authority, pandemics, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.

    The platform may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites. Accessing such external resources shall be at your own discretion and risk. The Platform Owner shall bear no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at New Delhi and Delhi.

    The Platform Owner reserves the unfettered right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of such changes.

    • Kindly note that all payments made are non-refundable, without exception.
